Just a few words to say thanks for the service and MOT yesterday on my little Corsa. I know its not the cheapest in town but everybodys friendly attitude at Lanehouse is so nice and you all made me feel special. My little car is becoming more and more important to me now so its great to think that i'm in safe hands. I promise to bring our dog in to see you all next time.

Let me introduce myself my name is Mr D Russell and i came to live in your area from Wales four years ago. I bet your wondering what that has got to do with you.
Well I had a Vectra which I kept serviced because of my distance to work everyday but the tension arm snapped which damaged the top of the engine so I had to get it repaired so I came to your garage for the first time and have been with you ever since.
So let me take this opportunity to thank all your service team for doing an outstanding job on my Vectra. The management team that always gave me a courtesy car so I could get back and forth to work, but how your friendly and helpful they all are, you service is impeccable.
This just leaves me one more thing to say, this is for Teresa, the service department receptionist, I can't fault her professionalism and social skills in any way. The assistance and help we have had is second to none. Just to bring your attention to the fact that without her decision to let me have a courtesy car for the weekend, I would have never have bought a brand new Agila Ecoflex Design from you. THANK YOU TERESA! Your a STAR!! To thank the sales staff too, for all their help and how prompt I had my new car from you, I have no doubt how your aftersales service will be, from all of you, I'm so impressed with my Agila.
