We’re pleased to confirm that our dealerships are now fully open, and we’ve introduced a number of safety measures and new buying options to make our business a safe place to shop.

Whether you are visiting us for vehicle aftersales or to purchase your next car, we want to re-assure you that you can do so with confidence in knowing that the safety of our customers and our team is of utmost importance. Below is a summary of the safety measures we have put in place and please watch our video to find out more.

  • Pre-booked appointments only
    Since the first lockdown we have operated by appointment only to limit the number of showroom visitors at one time. If you are planning to visit our dealerships for sales or servicing, please book an appointment first.

  • Sanitiser stations
    Complimentary personal protective equipment (PPE) is available upon entry, including hand sanitiser, disposable facemasks, and latex gloves.

  • Protective screens
    On sales desks and service reception we have installed clear Perspex screens.

  • Staff PPE
    All customer-facing staff will be wearing face coverings while helping customers.

Aftersales

Our service teams are fully committed to keeping our customers and their cars safe and are now taking extra measures to follow government guidelines on social distancing.

  • Staggered appointments
    To reduce the number of visitors at one time we are staggering workshop bookings.

  • Staff PPE
    Our service team will be wearing face coverings while our technicians will be wearing clean gloves when working on customer vehicles.

  • Drop & go
    At service reception we have key trays to allow contactless key drop-off and so we can sanitise your car keys before and after use.

  • Video vehicle health check
    Your vehicle health check will be sent via email or SMS, including an inspection video, a cost estimate, and the facility to authorise the work remotely.

  • Waiting areas
    Service customers can still wait in our showrooms while work is carried out on their vehicles, although the number of seats available has been reduced and the waiting areas spaced out.

  • Courtesy cars
    If you are unable to wait, our courtesy vehicles are cleaned and sanitised before and after use.

  • Collection & delivery
    Where possible we may be able to collect your car and return it back to your home or work.

  • Contactless payment
    Wherever possible please pay by contactless or card.

We have made changes to traditional services and launched new car buying options to make purchasing your next car safe and easy.

    Get in touch with us online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our website, email, live chat, or Facebook messenger.
  • Virtual appointments
    Connect with our team face-to-face via video chat to discuss your next potential car or if you would like a demonstration of a specific feature. Simply ‘Book a Virtual Appointment’ and connect with us on Facetime, WhatsApp or Zoom live video.
  • Click & Collect
    Transact with us completely remotely via our website which allows you to value your part exchange, apply for finance and reserve your vehicle all online. Once you have made your choice, simply collect your car from our dealerships at a time convenient with you.
  • Contactless paperwork
    We offer completely paperless transactions without the need to sign any hard copy documentation.
  • Contactless handovers
    All handovers are compliant and safe, with social distancing always observed. All cars are prepared in advanced, fully valeted, and sanitised prior to handover.
  • Home delivery
    We sell and deliver cars nationwide so simply contact us if you would like a quote to have your car delivered to your front door. We offer free home delivery to Dorset postcodes.
