Personal Contract Hire (PCH) is a hassle-free way to drive a new car without the commitment of ownership. With PCH, you lease a vehicle for an agreed period, typically 2-4 years, and pay a fixed monthly rental. At the end of the term, simply return the car with no need to worry about depreciation or resale value.

However, if you would prefer the option to own the vehicle Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) may be for you. You pay an initial deposit followed by fixed monthly payments. At the end of the agreement you then have 3 options: 1. Pay the Optional Final Repayment to own the vehicle 2. Part exchange the vehicle (subject to settlement of your existing finance agreement) or 3. Return the car.

He said he would treat it as a breakdown and booked the car in. He then booked me a taxi to get me back to where I was staying in Weymouth. He rang the next day to inform me that they found the fault and could repair it. The staff and information provided were second to none.
